Quiet movement through grass and loam. Body low to the ground. Paws tight to the ground. Every vibration feeling in the pads of his paws. Intense gaze on the prey in front of him. Quiet breathing. He moved.
Shoulder's bunched as he readied himself to go after it. Then with a soft exhale he leapt from cover. Paws surrounding and teeth quickly finding their mark. A quick shake and the rabbit went limp. Laying at his paws. He took a moment to breathe.
