Pollux can see what the other girl is, a predator, a shark circling another shark. She stands there knowingly, tail raised as her eyes track the girl, but the stranger is smart at least and leaves her be.

No time to make a garden this far north darling? I have found that winter sets in quickly up here, but further south...she gave a hum, a swish of her tail.
The medic in my home pack may still have her garden, down near the southern ocean, though I have a friend with an ample supply of dried herbs far closer if you have a need.
