Delta knew the time was coming soon; it was harder to move, her entire body ached and she was snapping at anything around her. Her legs slowly moved, head held low, and aching like it never had before. She wanted it to be over with so she could be able to relax for once and actually get out and hunt.

For now, she was slowly climbing the cliffs to find a cave she had seen on a walk when the group first got back to Mistveil. Her stomach slowly shifted side to side with each step, back legs angled to not jab into the soft flesh that was sensitive to any touch. Each step was somewhat difficult but Delta pulled through nonetheless.

Carefully she sniffed around, an old coyote den, an abandoned wolf den...None were worthy, though, until she came across a cave-like tunnel that led into the mountain; slowly, she ducked into the stone passage and hummed, seeing the protected area. This was where she'd nest.

She set off, but not until she marked the den, maybe a little too much, with her own scent. Once she was sure it'd be left alone, she set off and searched for anything to make a comfortable nest, one padded she wouldn't feel the stone below her, ward off the coldness the earth would bring forth.

Silently, she hoped she'd come across someone to get help, seeing as moving was nearly impossible to do at this point without getting sore and having to sit for a bit.
