There was no way she was missing this. She shouldered her way through the crooked doorway like she intended to knock the whole place a little further off its foundation. Cold clung to her fur from the perpetual frost outside, but the second the heat and noise found her Flannery grinned. It was wide and mischievous because the inn wasn't cozy, it was alive. Fermented berry tang hung thick in the air alluring her as it blended with the smoke and laughter that crashed like waves against the timbered walls.

Flannery wasted no time, a bundle of berries snatched mid pass immediately tossing it back without so much as a sniff test. The juice dribbled at the corners of her mouth as she barked a laugh finding her way through the crowd. ❝ I swear, if I wake oehp rememberin' me own name, sahmeone's dahne me wrahng. ❞ she didn't know anyone here, and it was fantastic.

So she snatched another bundle of berries and tossed it back before diving into the revelry like it was the sea.
