Liss felt she had achieved great success in getting Stardust to play, even if the pretty she-wolf had only been half-playing.
But then I would haunt you with my dirt forever!!Smiling so wide her cheeks hurt, Liss's tail wagged in the water and made little splashes. When she scrambled to her feet, she also made sure those splashed. But it was clean water, now, or mostly.
You win, this time!, came her playful growl, big paws springing up onto the grass. She shook her fur out vigorously, one last great splash to put the ordeal behind her, then catapulted forward to roll in the grass.
When I was a puppy, I always liked being woken up at night! It meant something exciting was happening! Sometimes Nikky and Charlie weren't as much fun, but Gabe was always like me! So that's, I mean, a good halfway chance — better than halfway — that it's not too late or even if it is that they won't mind!
