Spider was antsy, if truth be told.
His paws itched to go find his nieces and nephews, Verbena had found him and told him of Pennyroyal having children, that the mother was sick, but the mother didn't want strangers around. So...his paws were tied, his anxiety through the roof.
It only stopped when the girl came back again the day before, to update him on their return to Elysium, before returning.
He was torn.
To go back to Elysium to help raise his family, or continue on as Hearthkeeper of Avon since there were two new pups in the world...and perhaps.

The man lay in the sunshine, perched on one of the rare hills, just...observing the lands, keeping an eye out for danger.
Sore, actually, from the training with Fiadh the day before, he couldn't quite bounce back like he used to.
It was spelled in the way he had limped from the communal densite, slower than he normally walked, in the way he had eased himself down onto the ground when he finally got where he was going.
