Let’s Play Vivarium Bingo!
Happy August, Vivarium! As we roll into our fourth month of being open, we have a surprise! Welcome to Vivarium Bingo!
This is a fun IC & OOC activity that is designed to engage, excite, and reward you! Listed below are a series of prompts. Most are thread prompts, but we do have a couple OOC prompts as well.
The goal of the game is to, of course, get bingo! We have two ways to win, both with their own prizes. Please note that you are able to win twice!
The first 3 players to get a solid row or column across will win a full body pixel by Lyss!
The first 3 players to completely blackout their bingo board will get a full illustration by Vaasha or Karle AND one of the following:
- Lower pack creation reqs! 40 posts for each leader & 20 posts for each founding member (add 10 posts if this is not your first leader/pack, so 50/30 if this is your 2nd pack).
- Bring in a character with up to 5 mutations (2 more than normal)!
- Bring in one character that is a species who has recently gone extinct! (1900-present allowed).
Prompt List:
- Thread with a player you haven’t written with yet!
- Have a thread with your least written character!
- Have a character enter a new (to them) region for the first time!
- Have a thread with a beast character.
- Have a thread with a puppy character.
- Have a thread where each character uses the on-site dice.
- Have a thread that reaches 25 posts.
- Write a character birth, death, or serious maiming.
- Have your character mentor another in a thread.
- Have a thread with a 100 word maximum each post.
- Have a thread with a 300 word minimum each post.
- Have a thread with 3+ participants.
- Gift someone self-drawn character art! (Any level is welcome and appreciated).
- Post 5 times in appreciation station and compliment 5 different players.
- Post our advert on five different active sites (cannot be the same sites that other participants have posted on).
- Have a thread where your character says ‘I love you’.
- Have a thread where your character says ‘I hate you’.
- Have three threads with the same character.
- Have a thread where your character goes on a date or rejects someone.
- Have a thread with a familial relation (known or unknown).
- Gain an enemy, lover, or bromance.
- Hunt with a pack member (for loners, find a pack character).
- Talk about a character who is not present in the thread.
- Meet a loner & a group member in the same thread.
- "Help" someone (intentionally or unintentionally).
Rules
1. Threads will only count if they are finished and at least 10 posts long in total (unless it is the prompt with the 25 post thread).
2. Players are allowed to use any of their characters for any of the prompts, including new characters.
3. To submit your entries please reply to this thread with your filled in bingo card or the filled in prompt list provided. Each entry must have a link to all relevant threads as proof of completion. You’re welcome to reply and then edit your entry post as you go.
- To win across or vertical you need 5 completed prompts
- To win a blackout board you need 25 completed prompts
- Prizes will only be given to the first 3 players who accomplish each!
5. No double dips! All threads for IC prompts must be separate. One thread cannot count for multiple prompts.
