It’s nearly Christmas Time, which means it’s officially time for Vivarium’s annual Secret Santa exchange! This year, we will be doing things a bit differently, so please be sure to read everything.

Registration will be open until November 27th, please sign up if you wish to participate. Members will be given their randomized member on November 28th and will have until December 25th to get their Secret Santa art sent!

While we have decided to do an ornament exchange instead of Secret Santa, we wanted to keep a virtual option as well. This will be a Secret Santa art exchange, this art can be purchased or made yourself!

There are a few rules to keep in mind!

1. Please do not sign up if you don’t intend to actually send a gift. Any member who fails to fulfill their Santa Claus duties will be banned from such events in the future!

2. Please be thankful and kind, regardless of what you are given! Staff will not tolerate any of our members making others feel guilty about the art they gifted. If this behavior is spotted, you will no longer be able to participate in such events in the future.

We are also allowing members to sign up to be elves! Elves will take over as a member's Secret Santa gift giver if one of our Santa’s cannot fulfill their gift-giving role. To be an elf, simply indicate in the form.
